I had a fantastic stay at Freedom Home in Koh Chang. the family who runs the place is incredibly kind and welcoming. the atmosphere is authentic and rustic, which I found charming. the rooms are basic but perfect for those who enjoy a camping-like experience. the location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, with only the sounds of birds and frogs at night. the food is delicious, especially the Thai dishes. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I also loved the large garden area with hammocks and a refreshing pool to relax in. it's a great place to unwind and connect with nature.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. It has a laid-back hippy vibe with a happy atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Klong Kloi beach and beach bars/food places. The bungalows are basic but comfortable with everything you need. The bar area is a great place to meet other travelers and hang out. The meals cooked by Ma Meow are delicious and not to be missed. a jaw-dropping experience that exceeded all expectations. Can't wait to return!

Particularly good, perfect setting near to Ko Chang, the beach the owner also have activities like snorkeling and nature at Freedom home. Superfriendly and amicable staff and QUIET atmosphere.

My stay at Freedom Home was a breath of fresh air. The owners, Ma-meaw and Tommy, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk from the best beach on the island. The vibrant community of guests created a fun and engaging atmosphere, and I made some wonderful connections during my stay. The free use of bikes and the option to cook my own food were added bonuses. The rooms were basic but clean, and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. Freedom Home provided a unique and unforgettable experience.

Clean, basic bungalows with lovely decor. Fantastic common area with friendly atmosphere. Close to beautiful beach and amenities. Hosts provide delicious meals and go above and beyond to assist guests. Creates a sense of belonging to a warm and welcoming community.

I had a great two-night stay here that exceeded all of my expectations.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. I met some really interesting and friendly people during my stay, which made it a memorable experience. The vibe at the hotel was enjoyable and it had a laid-back atmosphere that made me feel relaxed.

The shared bathroom was a bit difficult to get used to, especially since I'm not used to that setup. It would be helpful if there were some improvements to make it more user-friendly.

The value for money at this place was excellent, and the room was cozy and well-designed. The location was perfect, just two minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff at Freedom Home, especially Tommy and Mameaw, treated us like good friends and organized a fantastic barbecue party for everyone to enjoy.

Title: Perfect getaway, loved the pool and free WiFi. Such a treat to relax in the shared lounge and have a drink at the bar. The nearest airport was a breeze to get to. Oh, and the mosquitoes were just an added bonus for my blood-sucking friends.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Freedom Home. the common area was great for meeting people, and the location near the beach and restaurants was convenient. the owners were lovely and even hosted a BBQ for us. We also enjoyed the option to join activities like snorkeling and boat trips.

Stayed at a hotel with a pool, but unfortunately too cold to swim. The WiFi worked everywhere, even in the bathroom. The shared lounge was a great place to overhear interesting conversations.
